Suzhou Tetrahedron New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tetrahedron"), located in the Nanotechnology National University Science and Technology Park (referred to as "Nano Park") by Dushu Lake in Suzhou Industrial Park, was established on October 14, 2022.

Tetrahedron was founded by senior engineers in the lithium battery industry. These engineers have experienced the development and manufacturing of advanced automotive power batteries and energy storage batteries at home and abroad, and have close technical cooperation and technology sharing with the University of Science and Technology of China, Suzhou University and the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The company focuses on the research and development of core materials, battery cells, and power systems for high-performance special lithium-ion or lithium batteries, as well as the design, manufacturing, and sales of related products.
